Excellent spiderweb and sharpness!

The light is really beautiful displayed on the web.

Not really sure about the bright area top right.
Could possible be even stronger without it?! ;)

Patrick I have to say I do agree with you about the harsh light at the top, but for now I'm going to let it be :) To me it serves as a sort of "heavenly" light, hence the title...But thank you for the suggestion!;)

And thank you Mary:)

Awww how sweet! Thanks, darling ;) It looks great and the light in the upper right corner works kinda well IMO. Beautiful job as always :)

Very good!
...But... heavenly light? It's totally burned. :p

I would go for a horizontal crop rather than vertical.

Wow, Laura. Elite member in making ;). I like the "heavenly light" thingie. Top marker.

i'm split on the light on the top right, i think the best option though would be raise the camera so you are shooting slightly more down on the subject.

It's not too often that I disagree with Patrick, Carlos and Rushi... and today is not one of those days either. :)

Seriously though, like Poohblah, I'm undecided about the light in the top right. I like it in, and I also like the cropped version. Ultimately, Laura, this is your piece of art and your decision to make.

Either way, this is an impressive photo. Love your stuff.

DO NOT CROP the right overexposed upper corner :) (just my taste) really imo this is excellent as it is because it adds everything to the picture!!
remembers me an scene from the movie "Constantine" when God is taking Keanu to heaven.. that is the mood of this picture i think.. that is what i feel..

Great angle..DOF.. composition and excellent lighting on the bug.
Very dramatic scene.. great mood again.
I love it!

Well done Lau :)
Top Marks!

Oxxid said every thing but i think that a little bit less bright would be better...

Nice. I really like this type of shot with sunlight playing off of water droplets and the insect is a great subject to give it impact.

I love the composition as it is considering that the light is not really harsh to my eyes :)

This is really nice! I like the area at the top.. I was actually thinking to maybe crop from the bottom. :p! But the more I look at it, the more I like it how it is. ^^!

The lighting is spot on. Yet, I would crop just a bit of the light area, since it seems a bit distracting. Or if you want to keep the composition, try cloning in some of the rest of the background. Cheers! ;)
