Really nice portrait. I like the eyes. I think you could have a bit more contrast though; some of your tones look a little flat to me. Maybe the crop is too tight? Could use more space to the left.

I agree with MsM. Your look fine, but it looks a bit forced, as MsM says, a bit unnatural. I also think the crop is a bit too tight. And I would have pushed the contrast levels a bit more. The eyes look fine! Very nice work.
